Synopsis
Requiring the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program to provide prescription monitoring data to the Office of the Attorney General on issuance of a subpoena to further a bona fide existing investigation; requiring the Program to provide prescription monitoring data to the medical director of a health care facility to give certain health care practitioners access to the prescription monitoring data in connection with the provision of medical care and dispensing of prescription drugs; etc.
