Establishing the Summer Meals Expansion Grant Pilot Program to provide funds to sponsors to increase the number of children and the number of meals served through the Summer Food Service Program; requiring the State Department of Education to administer the Program; authorizing certain uses of funds under the Program; requiring the Department to award grants according to certain priorities; establishing the Summer Meals Expansion Grant Fund; requiring the Department, in consultation with certain stakeholders, to develop a certain statewide plan; etc.
