Synopsis
Creating a Task Force to Study Paid Parental Leave Policies; providing for the membership, chair, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the costs and benefits of paid parental leave for State employees for the birth or adoption of a child; requiring the Task Force to make a specified report on or before December 31, 2016; and providing for the termination of the Act.
