Garrett County - Civil Service Commission - Duties
Providing that the Garrett County Civil Service Commission, in
accordance with the County Personnel Handbook, shall be the final
administrative step in the County's grievance process for County
classified employees and may be used in other personnel matters as
directed by the County Commissioners or County Administrator.
