Altering the definitions of "fair market value" and "total purchase
price" to exclude from the computation of the vehicle excise tax
imposed on a motor home or travel trailer the value of a motor home or
travel trailer traded in as part of the consideration for the sale of
the vehicles by a dealer licensed by the State, another state, or a
foreign country; authorizing the Department of Business and Economic
Development to implement a marketing and tourism plan to promote the
use of motor homes and travel trailers; etc.
