Synopsis:

Authorizing loans under the Regular Rehabilitation Program of the Maryland Housing Rehabilitation Program to be used for the reconstruction of residential buildings providing four or fewer dwellings; providing for the effective date of specified provisions of the Act; and providing for the termination of the Act.
