Synopsis
Prohibiting a person, beginning on October 1, 2028, from manufacturing, selling, delivering, holding, or offering for sale in the State food that contains brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate, propylparaben, or Red Dye No. 3; and providing certain penalties for violations of the Act.
