Providing that in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert,
Caroline, Cecil, Charles, Harford, Howard, Kent, Prince George's,
Queen Anne's, St. Mary's and Washington Counties expenses in
connection with an action to foreclose a right of redemption are not
reimbursable if the expenses are incurred within 4 months after the
tax sale; providing for a certain exception; and providing for the
effective date of the Act.
