Synopsis:

Increasing the membership of the Board of Directors of the Howard County Economic Development Authority from 9 to 13; and increasing the number of members of the Board necessary to constitute a quorum or to take action from 5 to 7; and requiring a certain audit report to be issued within 120 days of the end of the fiscal year.
