Condominium Associations - Petitions and Distribution of Information by Unit Owners

Synopsis:

Providing that individual unit owners may distribute written materials concerning condominium matters to other unit owners and tenants in any manner that the council of unit owners or the board of directors distributes written materials to the unit owners and tenants; providing that individual unit owners may collect petition signatures from other unit owners and tenants in the common elements of the condominium or by door-to-door solicitation; etc.
