Establishing a Task Force to Study Business Tax Credits in Maryland; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to specified individuals on or before December 15, 2000; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development and the Comptroller's Office to provide staff support to the Task Force; and providing for the termination of the Task Force.
