leave with pay; establishing the maximum number of days of leave that
an employee may use to serve as a bone marrow donor and an organ
donor; requiring the employee to obtain approval for organ donation
leave from the employee's appointing authority; requiring the
Secretary of Budget and Management to adopt specified regulations,
including a requirement for medical documentation of the proposed
donation before leave is approved; etc.
