Education - Public Schools - Firearms Safety and Accident Prevention Education Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to establish policy and guidelines for a program of firearms safety and accident prevention or hunter safety to be implemented by each county board of education for students in kindergarten through grade 12; authorizing a county board to implement the program in conjunction with a State or local law enforcement agency, another entity of State or local government, or a community or civic organization; etc.
