Performed During Weather-Related Emergencies
Requiring that essential State employees of a principal department, or
of a unit with an independent personnel system, in the Executive
Branch of State government who work in specified counties during a
weather-related emergency are entitled to specified compensation for
each hour worked during the weather-related emergency.
