Medical Laboratories - Whistleblower Protection and Regulation

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a medical laboratory from taking or refusing to take a personnel action as a reprisal against an employee who discloses or threatens to disclose unlawful behavior, refuses to participate in unlawful behavior, or provides information or testimony to public bodies investigating, hearing, or inquiring into unlawful behavior; etc.
