Synopsis:

Requiring the Prince George's County Board of Education to establish educational requirements for specified long-term substitute teachers; requiring that specified long-term substitute teachers have a minimum of an associate's degree on or before the beginning of the 2007 school year; requiring that specified long-term substitute teachers have a minimum of a bachelor's degree on or before the beginning of the 2009 school year; providing that a waiver may be granted to specified long-term substitute teachers under specified circumstances; etc.
