St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission - Fee Restructuring

Synopsis:

Altering the method of computing specified charges imposed by the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission; requiring the Commission to impose specified capital contribution charges for each new equivalent dwelling unit connected to the water and sewerage system; requiring that specified capital contribution charges be used for paying specified capital costs and specified bonds issued for specified construction costs; etc.
