Prince George's County - Property Tax - Installment Payment Schedule
PG 416-12
Authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to provide,
by law, a specified installment payment schedule for county,
municipal, and special taxing district property taxes due on owner-
occupied residential property if the homeowner is at least 62 years
old and the property does not contain specified encumbrances;
requiring the governing body to provide, by law, for provisions
necessary to carry out the installment payment schedule; applying the
Act to tax years after June 30, 2013; etc.
