Carroll County - Subdivision Plat Approval - Certifications for Major Plats

Synopsis:

Requiring the planning commission to require certification from local agencies of the adequacy of public facilities before approving only a final major subdivision plat; authorizing the planning commission to consider a failure to provide the certification as a basis for denying only a final subdivision plat; and exempting a subdivision plat for a certain number of lots in an agricultural or nonagricultural zoned area from the certification requirement; etc.
