Synopsis
Requiring certain public schools to develop and implement a system to track and report injury incidents, whether intentional or accidental, to a student, teacher, or school employee on the school campus during the school year; and establishing certain reporting requirements for county boards of education, the Juvenile Services Education Program Superintendent, and the State Department of Education regarding certain injury incidents in schools.
