Synopsis
Establishing collective bargaining rights for community college employees determined by the employer to be public employees for purposes of collective bargaining; establishing procedures for the selection of an exclusive bargaining representative; establishing that a maximum number of six bargaining units may be designated; requiring specified contracts, agreements and certifications of exclusive representatives entered into before October 1, 2016, to remain in effect until the agreement or contract expires; etc.
