Synopsis

Requiring the owner of a manufactured housing community to comply with certain requirements when selling the manufactured housing community; and requiring the owner, at least 60 days prior to entering into a contract for the sale of the community, to provide notice of the terms of the offer to each homeowner in the community and provide homeowners the opportunity to purchase the manufactured housing community.
