Synopsis

Repealing provisions of law relating to the Somers Cove Marina Commission, the Somers Cove Marina Improvement Fund, and the operation of Somers Cove Marina; authorizing the Secretary of Natural Resources to execute certain leases, procure and execute certain contracts, and employ certain staff; requiring the Secretary to set the compensation for certain employees under certain circumstances; and requiring the Secretary to develop a master plan for the operation and improvement of services at Somers Cove Marina by October 1, 2027.
