Synopsis
Requiring the Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission to conduct wide-ranging specified outreach to small, minority, and women business owners and entrepreneurs that may have an interest in applying for specified medical cannabis-related licenses; requiring the Commission to partner with specified entities to identify employment opportunities within the medical cannabis industry; establishing the Natalie M. LaPrade Compassionate Use Fund to provide access to medical cannabis for specified individuals; etc.
